     No it is US. Found out we have no updates. Is it possible to get it back without update?

     Are you sure it is not on the end of updates,seems strange if not,other wise you will have to ask support for an email to be sent to you.unless one of the experts on here can help.Make yourself a back up disc,very handy.

    It is not possible to get it back without an update sub, are you using the original sd
    card, no backups ?

     if you have backup, you can use that; otherwise, we can only recommend you to buy the update.
